It's based on and inspired by the amazing work of David & Tom Kelly (IDEO, D.School) but has an AJ&Smart "twist". This is an almost 2-hour live training video where we invited 9 participants to our office in Berlin and walked them through every stage of the Design Thinking process. This video will also give you a unique insight into how participants interact with each other and with the workshop exercises. In simple words, Design Thinking is a mindset that helps you solve problems creatively. More specifically, Design Thinking is an iterative, human-centered approach to innovation. It helps teams find the balance between what makes sense to the end-users, what is technologically doable, and what is viable for a business to undertake. This particular style of Design Thinking training was heavily inspired by the work of David and Tom Kelly's book "Creative Confidence" and an extremely inspiring visit to IDEO's office.
