For each pouch cut 2 Outside pieces (cork or fabric) and 2 Lining pieces (fabric only). You will also need interfacing for all 4 fabric pieces. For cork outside, skip the interfacing but still interface the lining! I prefer Decor Bond or Decovil Lite. Cutting: Small – 6” x 10” 1” corners Finished size 3” long x 6 ½” wide x 2 ½” high Medium – 8” x 13” 1 ½” corners Finished size: 8 ½” long x 4” wide x 3 ½” high Large – 10” x 15” 2” corners Finished size: 9 ½” long x 5” wide x 4 ½” high Cut your zippers approx. 2” – 2 ½” longer than widest side of cork. Use a plastic zipper you can sew over & cut. Other supplies: Sewing machine with ¼” foot, matching thread, clips, scissors, iron, ruler, rotary cutter Optional supplies: Clapper (helpful for pressing) 4 in 1 tool (has a stiletto, seam ripper and turning tool) Feel free to experiment with different sizes using your scraps. Cutting different size corners will also give you some size options
