The axel jump is the hardest of all single jumps because it rotates 1 1/2 times in the air. It's the jump that everyone struggles with, but once you get it, it's like riding a bike! My two special guest and I want to help you nail the axel so I'm breaking down the basics of the jump and I'm also showing you multiple axel exercises that will help you target problem areas including height and rotation.
